Preview Revenge, season 4 mid-season premiere (episode 11), “Epitaph” with video and photo sneak peeks. The episode airs tonight at 10:00pmET on ABC.
Last month’s mid-season finale episode of Revenge ended with some serious tragedy. Just as Daniel (Joshua Bowman) was coming to terms with the poor relationship he had with his father (Conrad Grayson, Henry Czerny) and the fact that he was about to become a father himself, his rediscovered sense of duty landed him in trouble. While Emily (Emily VanCamp) and Kate (Courtney Ford, who we just learned was Malcolm Black’s daughter) are facing off, Daniel walks into Thorne Manor to help Emily, only to be shot twice and die in her arms.
I know I’ve been very critical of Daniel this season, but I definitely didn’t want him to die! I really hoped that his relationship with Margaux (Karine Vanasse) and parenthood would help redeem his character. Unfortunately, this will never be, and I’m quite sad about it. I feel even more devastated for Margaux and their unborn child. Not to mention that Victoria (Madeleine Stowe), Charlotte (Christa B. Allen), and Emily will take this loss very hard. Moreover, we still have to deal with the threat of Malcolm Black and maybe even Crazy Louise (Elena Satine) as well.
In tonight’s mid-season premiere, “Epitaph”:
Grief grips Emily and Victoria. Meanwhile, David leaps into protective mode to safeguard those he loves. (via TV Guide)
Check out these video sneak peeks from tonight’s show. The first takes us back to the moment that Kate fires those gun shots and kills Daniel. Both David (James Tupper) and Victoria hear them from next door and come running to find out what has happened. Needless to say, Victoria is stricken by what she finds. And in the second clip, David brings Victoria to Thorne Manor to keep her and Emily together and safe. Neither Victoria nor Emily are happy about the arrangement, but David is determined that he won’t lose either woman he loves:
I can’t wait to find out what David knows and how he plans to handle things. Take a look at ten images from the upcoming episode, featuring Daniel’s funeral and the aftermath. And make sure to tune into the all new episode of Revenge tonight at 10:00pmET on ABC.
