Fish is letting secrets spill. Get your sneak peek into tonight’s episode of Gotham airing on FOX at 8 PM (ET/PT).
Last week on season 1, episode 13, Gotham, “Welcome Back, Jim Gordon” a Gotham citizen decided to do the right thing and provide the Gotham City Police Department (GCPD) with an eye-witness testimony only to end up with an ice pick in his back. His murder happened within the walls of GCPD and under the watch of Detective Gordon (Ben McKenzie). This murder leads Gordon to believe this was an inside job, which makes him go and ask a favor from the devil, Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor). Why Jim Gordon would believe that Cobblepot would secure the information without harming anyone was truly stupid on Gordon’s part. To secure the information needed for Gordon to find out the killer was fellow officer, Detective Arnold Flass (Dash Mihok) Cobblepot got one of his henchman to threaten the lives of Derek Delaware’s (Niko Nicotera) family.
Meanwhile, Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) is being tortured for her betrayal of Don Carmine Falcone (John Doman), but she isn’t letting it break her. And Fish’s right-hand man, Butch Gilzean (Drew Powell) is able to escape his impending execution and make his way to rescue Fish. Fish in her quest for revenge wants to kill Cobblepot prior to her leaving town. By doing so she runs into Victor Zsasz (Anthony Carrigan) and his henchwomen at her former club which results in Butch being shot while he lets Fish escapes. Fish calls upon Detective Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) to help aid in her escape from Gotham and puts him to task to make sure Butch is alright. And prior to Fish leaving town her and Bullock share a kiss.*fans self*
