Now that the Heroes are back in Storybrooke (without Killian *cries*), how can they stop Hades? Get a sneak peek of this week’s Once Upon a Time, airing Sunday May 8 at 8:00pm ET|PT on ABC.

Oncers, I can’t even deal with last week’s episode. Here I was thinking that “Firebird” would mark the Heroes’ success in saving Killian and returning to Storybrooke. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case and it’s all Hades’ fault!
You have to wonder what Hades’ big plan is. He has Zelena, true love’s kiss has restarted his heart, he’s escaped the Underworld with Zelena and Baby Hood in tow. So… what next?
Meanwhile, after realizing Hades lied about the ambrosia, Emma and Killian had the most heartbreaking goodbye. What was the point of proving CaptainSwan is true love only to have them (and us) lose it?! I’m still so distressed. And their final wishes for each other were so selfless. All Emma wanted was for Killian to move on beyond the Underworld instead of waiting for her to return. She didn’t want to be his unfinished business. And Killian wanted Emma to keep her heart open to love instead of surrounding herself with the armor she’s held on to. So Emma will return to Storybrooke, bury Killian, and then…?
I also need to say that I’m strangely impressed with Rumple. I was so sure that, after getting Hades to rip up the contract for Belle’s baby, Rumple would get Pan a heart (Robin’s heart!) and then escape through the portal to Storybrooke. However, I was really glad to see Rumple double-cross his Papa. Peter Pan was doomed to the River of Lost Souls, which was 100% what he deserved!
Now we have to stop Hades (which probably means breaking up his relationship with Zelena). We have to get Belle to her father so she can wake up from this sleeping curse. Also, we can’t forget that King Arthur and the Camelot folks are still roaming around, trying to take control of Storybrooke for themselves. AND, I refuse to believe that Killian is really dead!
In this week’s Once Upon a Time “Last Rites” (written by Jerome Schwartz, directed by Craig Powell):
DANGER LOOMS IN STORYBROOKE AS HADES GROWS MORE POWERFUL, BUT CLASHING WITH HIM MEANS LIVES WILL BE LOST—AND SAVED—Emma, David, Regina, Robin and Henry are finally back home in Storybrooke and reunited with Snow, but, unfortunately, they still have to contend with Hades, who continues to deceive Zelena as he lays out his plan to use the all-powerful Olympian Crystal to take over the town. The heroes desperately search for a way to defeat Hades while Hook does the same in the Underworld, looking for those missing storybook pages. Regina and Robin take a more direct approach, which culminates in an epic showdown that will leave our heroes forever changed. (via ABC)
As expected, in the upcoming show, Liam Garrigan (King Arthur) and Amy Manson (Merida) return in their guest-starring roles.
Take a look at two clips from “Last Rites”. In the first, Regina and Robin try to convince Zelena that Hades is deceiving her. And in the second clip, Hades continues his manipulations after Zelena warns him that the Heroes want to imprison him.

Ummmm, that Olympian crystal sounds like it can do some damage and Hades is way too excited to put it to use. I’m still curious about what Hades’ endgame is, but, in any event, I hope Zelena will be able to see through his tricks.
