The Heroes are back in Storybrooke, but meet new adversaries in Jack Hyde and his friends from the Land of Untold Stories. Watch a sneak peek of Once Upon a Time‘s Season 6 premiere!

Oncers, I am *so* excited for tomorrow’s Once Upon a Time premiere. Can you believe we’re about to start Season 6?!
As we return to Storybrooke, there are so many questions.
Now that we’ve learned about the Land of Untold Stories, what other fairytale characters will meet? (As previously announced, we know we’ll be spending time in Agrabah with Aladdin, Jasmine, and Jafar.)
How will the Regina Mills vs. The Evil Queen conflict play out?
What in the world are we going to do about the dastardly Hyde and his plan to take over Storybrooke?
Will Rumple be able to find a way to awaken Belle?
Will we finally get a CaptainSwan wedding?!?! *FLAILS*
In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, showrunners/Executive Producers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz gave us some juicy teasers:
“Emma [Jennifer Morrison] and the heroes are going to have to help a whole bunch of people finish their story.” Those in need include the Count of Monte Cristo (Craig Horner), who will appear alongside newbies Jafar (Oded Fehr) and Aladdin (Deniz Akdeniz)—the latter whose tale will explore savior mythology, as we see the toll that role has taken on Emma.
We’re going to meet the Count of Monte Cristo too!
This is an article you MUSTREAD, especially for details about each of our Storybrooke faves.
Let’s talk about the Season 6 premiere! In “The Savior” (written by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz directed by Eagle Egilsson):
THE HEROES FACE OFF AGAINST A DANGEROUS NEW ENEMY, AS EMMA COMES TO TERMS WITH WHAT IT MEANS TO BE THE SAVIOR, AND RUMPLE ENTERS BELLE’S DREAMSCAPE—as our heroes set out to stop Hyde, Emma develops a mysterious side effect, and Storybrooke becomes a haven for people from the Land of Untold Stories. Meanwhile, Regina and Zelena embrace their newfound sisterhood by becoming roommates, while Rumple tries to free Belle from the sleeping Curse with the help of a stranger. In flashback, Jafar confronts an afflicted Aladdin in Agrabah, and a secret about the Savior is revealed. (via ABC)
*spoiler alert* The “stranger” that helps Rumple? It’s Morpheus (from Hercules), the Olympian God of sleep!
Watch THREE clips from the upcoming episode.
In the first, we get some CaptianSwan intimate times (YAY!), which are rudely interrupted (*sigh*). In the second clip, we see the source of the interruption: a dirigible that Hyde has brought from the Land of Untold Stories. Then in the last video, Rumple travels to the Temple of Morpheus for a potential cure to wake Belle:
A whole bunch of folks just crash-landed in Storybrooke and if Hyde brought them there, this is not going to be good! I’m also not so sure that Rumple will be able to wake Belle up… does she even love him anymore?
Take a look at 20+ images from “The Savior” and make sure to tune to ABC at 8:00pm ET|PT for the show. You know I’ll be live tweeting (@WeSoNerdy), so join me!
