Watch the latest Wonder Woman trailer for a closer look at Diana’s origin story. Also check out a new series of fierce posters!

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Wonder Woman AKA Diana Prince was one of the very best parts of Batman v. Superman.
And the closer we get to June 2017, the more excited I am to see her origin story!
Today Warner Bros. released a new trailer from the upcoming superhero adventure where we see more of Diana’s life on Themyscira, the battles she wages with the other Amazonian women, and her decision to eventually join Steve Trevor to stop the world from destroying itself in the war to end all wars (World War I).
I’m already blown away by the incredible action sequences, the romance is swooning me, and there are some pretty funny moments too.

The Wonder Woman official twitter account also shared a series of three posters encouraging us to embrace the wonder, power, and courage of this epic superhero.

Wonder Woman hits theaters on June 2, 2017.
Wonder Woman hits movie theaters around the world next summer when Gal Gadot returns as the title character in the epic action adventure from director Patty Jenkins. Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.
Joining Gadot in the international cast are Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewen Bremner and Saïd Taghmaoui. Jenkins directs the film from a screenplay by Allan Heinberg and Geoff Johns, story by Zack Snyder & Allan Heinberg, based on characters from DC Entertainment.
