Watch our favorite Love Actually actors reprise their roles in a sneak peek of Red Nose Day Actually!

Happy Red Nose Day to our friends across the pond in the United Kingdom!
For those who are less familiar, Red Nose Day is a biennial telethon held in March by the British charity Comic Relief. The charity raises millions each year for children and young people living in poverty. This year, there are five issues the campaign is specifically focusing: immunization, mental health, education, domestic violence, and fighting malaria. (So far this year, donations have reached a whopping £71,308,475, and counting!)
What makes Red Nose Day even more memorable is that fundraising is done by making people laugh, having fun, all while wearing those foam red noses. Celebrities also get involved in the fun by participating in hilarious sketches and performances that air on TV during the BBC One fundraising night.
One of my favorites is from Red Nose Day 2015, when Coldplay got together with Game of Thrones cast members to film a mockumentary for the making of Game of Thrones: The Musical. Just thinking about it still makes me chuckle!
But, this year, Comic Relief is determined to out-do themselves because they’re bringing us a Love Actually mini-sequel, Red Nose Day Actually!
The shirt film revisits our beloved characters from the 2003 holiday romantic comedy and we find out what they’re up to 14 years later, in 2017.
Practically all the actors from the original film return, including Hugh Grant, Colin Firth, Liam Neeson, Rowan Atkinson, Martine McCutcheon, Keira Knightley, Andrew Lincoln, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Lucia Moniz, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Olivia Olson, Bill Nighy and Marcus Brigstocke.
Red Nose Day Actually already aired in the UK as part of the live BBC One Red Nose Day 2017. And unfortunately, the special won’t be available in the U.S. until Thursday, May 25 during the U.S. Red Nose Day.
However, thanks to The Telegraph (via BBC One), we have a few brief preview clips to share! (Incidentally, People.com also has a very detailed, spoilery review of the short film, which you can read HERE).
In the three clips below, we see that Juliet (Keira Knightley) and Peter (Chiwetel Ejiofor) are still married, and also still being interrupted by the cue-card carrying Mark (Andrew Lincoln). Sam (Thomas Brodie-Sangster) and Joanna have rekindled their romance and he’s bringing her home to meet his Dad (Liam Neeson). And the Prime Minister (Hugh Grant) is still shaking his booty to hot beats! Watch now:
Is anyone else beaming-laughing-crying like I am? Love Actually still PWNS (yes, with a P!) me so hard, and getting a chance to catch up with our faves is really such a treat.
Other stories include that of Jamie (Colin Firth) who is married to Aurelia (Lúcia Moniz), and they have kids!
Yes, it’s another two months before we get to enjoy the full thing in America, but it will surely be worth the wait!
Are you a Love Actually fan? Whose stories are you looking forward to reliving? Share your thoughts in comments!
