Love, Simon will come out in theaters this March, and if you haven’t heard about it yet, you need to watch this trailer immediately! You won’t be able to stop smiling.

For the last couple of years, I’ve had people tell me that I needed to read Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda, but I’d just never gotten around to it. My TBR list is ridiculously long.
After seeing this trailer, though, I’m sold on this story. It feels very familiar, but that’s probably because I read Autoboyography this past summer.
So, what is is Love, Simon about?
Everyone deserves a great love story. But for seventeen-year old Simon Spier it’s a little more complicated: he’s yet to tell his family or friends he’s gay and he doesn’t actually know the identity of the anonymous classmate he’s fallen for online. Resolving both issues proves hilarious, terrifying and life-changing. Directed by Greg Berlanti (Dawson’s Creek, Brothers & Sisters), written by Isaac Aptaker & Elizabeth Berger (This is Us), and based on Becky Albertalli’s acclaimed novel, LOVE, SIMON is a funny and heartfelt coming-of-age story about the thrilling ride of finding yourself and falling in love. {via 20th Century Fox}
This is the movie we need right now. A coming of age story with a coming out twist. I smiled all through the trailer and was cackling by the end. Love, Simon is going to knock us off our feet.
