It’s Flarrow time! Arrow and Firestorm come to Central city to lend aid to The Flash. Get your sneak peek into tonight’s episode, “Rogue Air” airing on The CW at 8/7c.
It’s time for the second to the last episode of season 1 of The Flash and I have yet to be disappointed with the story lines so far. Sure, there were moments when I felt that things should have progressed faster (i.e., Iris (Candice Patton) being told or becoming aware that Barry (Grant Gustin) was The Flash) or wished we could have spent a little more with a meta-human (i.e., Shawna Baez/Peek-a-Boo (Britne Oldford)). Even a time or two when I wanted my feels to stay in overload because Iris and Barry got together either the semi-present/alternate time-line or made officially canon by a future event. But none of those moments of pondering or wishful thinking has turned me off from The Flash and as we close out season 1 I’m impatiently waiting to find out what will happen next. And what cliffhanger they will leave us with.
Tonight on The Flash, season 1, episode 22, “Rogue Air” guest stars a plenty are stopping through. Arrow/Al Shahim/Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) makes an appearance in Central City alongside Firestorm (Robbie Amell) to lend some support to The Flash.
As Wells (Tom Cavanagh) once again gets the upper hand on the S.T.A.R. Labs team, Barry realizes he needs to make a big move and reaches out to an old foe, Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller), for help. Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) warn Barry that Cold can’t be trusted. True to form, Cold has his own agenda that involves the meta-humans trapped in the containment cells. As things seem to be going from bad to worse, The Flash gets reinforcements — Arrow and Firestorm. (via The CW)
This crossover/Flarrow episode was directed by Doug Aarniokoski and written by Aaron Helbing and Todd Helbing. “Rogue Air” guest stars also include Liam McIntyre and Doug Jones.
