Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. debut the Captain America: Civil War official first trailer on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
Knowing that the Captain America: Civil War official first trailer is coming our way is one thing, but to finally see it is something else all together! I’m in the midst of my feels because Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. appeared on Jimmy Kimmy Live! on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, to debut the official trailer and poster for the film. The trailer is EVERYTHING a fan could have hoped for with the next Cap film…Bucky (Sebastian Stan) is found and reunited with Captain America (Chris Evans), and who is right there by Cap’s side, Sam (Anthony Mackie). Oh, the feels!
At the end of Captain America: Winter Solder many were convinced the third film in the franchise would revolve around Cap looking for Bucky. However, when Robert Downey Jr. was brought on, fans suspected the story line would revolve around the Marvel Comics crossover Civil War. How would the Bucky storyline now fit in? But it appears that Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely who wrote the screenplay for Captain America: Civil War have done so seamlessly. And directors Anthony and Joe Russo are keeping the action and drama at an all time high.
Captain America: Civil War will pit Captain America, Bucky, and Sam up against Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Avengers against Avengers…”Divided We Fall!” It will also introduce the audience to T’Challa/Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman)….YES!!!
So sit back and watch the Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War official first trailer:
Are you feeling all the feels?! I am!…”Buck, do you remember me?” And he does! Black Panther going up against Bucky. Sam sticking by Cap, but not doing so blindly. Black Widow being Black Widow, and it’s all perfection regardless of whose side she is on. Bucky with the shield! *FAINTS*
