Netflix shares the first photos from their upcoming Fuller House reboot, starring Candace Cameron-Bure (D.J. Tanner), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner), and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler).
Last month when NETFLIX shared the first teaser trailer for their upcoming Full House reboot, Fuller House, it really was a tease… the video ended right before we really got a look at the Tanners!
Well, last week NETFLIX made it up to us by releasing the first images from the upcoming show! In the eight production stills (below) we see D.J.(Candace Cameron-Bure), Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin), and Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber) all grown up and settling into life back at their San Francisco family home. We also get glimpse of Danny (Bob Saget), Uncle Jesse (John Stamos), Joey (Dave Coulier), and Aunt Becky (Lori Loughlin):
In the spinoff series, Fuller House, the adventures that began in 1987 on Full House continue, with veterinarian D.J. Tanner-Fuller recently widowed and living in San Francisco. D.J.’s younger sister/aspiring musician Stephanie Tanner and D.J.’s lifelong best friend/fellow single mother Kimmy Gibbler, along with Kimmy’s feisty teenage daughter Ramona, all move in to help take care of D.J.’s three boys — the rebellious 12-year-old Jackson, neurotic 7-year-old Max and her newborn baby, Tommy Jr.
*EXCITE*
I know that D.J. is probably still grieving over the loss of her husband, but is it too early to hope that she might rekindle something with Steve (Scott Weinger, who’s also slated to return to the show)?
We’ll find out when the 13-episode first season of Fuller House premieres on NETFLIX on Friday, February 26! In the mean time, take a look at another teaser from the show:
