Here at We So Nerdy, we’re all about fandom, and in all honesty, Katie is the best fangirl we could have by our side.
I (Funmbi) have known Katie since 2011 when our shared love of TwiFic brought us together (she being a wonderful writer and me, an enamored reader). From then, Katie and I have been kindred spirits. If she loves something, then I automatically know I’ll love it too (my current Hamilton addiction, courtesy of Katie’s enthusiastic recommendation, is a testament to this). So, last year when we were looking to expand the WSN staff, Katie was the first person I thought of.
Katie, we are *thrilled* to have you on our team. Your thoughtfulness, hard work, wit, humor, and fanflails continue to elevate WSN to new levels. Your dedication and lovely spirit shine through every review, post, and tweet. (Seriously, if you want to talk books, Marvel, The Walking Dead, or Hamilton, Katie is your girl!)
