Funko is releasing a new/updated collection of Game of Thrones pop!s this June and July. Check out the details and exclusive editions.
Is anyone else still flailing over and speculating about the latest Game of Thrones Season 7 trailer? (*raises hand way up in the air*)
Veteran Thrones fans know that information about new seasons tends to be sparse. I mean, this is definitely a project that prides themselves on secrecy and OMG-suprise moments. So, basically, we have to take our goodies where we can get them!
Well, earlier today, Funko announced that they’ll be updating their collection of Game of Thrones pop!s ahead of the July premiere.
Three fan-favorites (who already have figurines) are getting an updated look, while three characters will be making their Funko Pop! debuts.
The new Jon Snow pop! features the character in his King in the North battle-wear. Plus, this Jon pop will also be available as a keychain! The updated Tyrion is dressed in the outfit he wore to flee King’s Landing for Meereen and has his healed facial wound from Ser Mandon. We don’t miss that Tyrion (OF COURSE) has his win chalice in hand (“I drink and I know things.” 😉 ). And the Cersei figure has her wearing the coronation gown and royal headpiece from the epic Season 6 finale.
In addition, Bran Stark, Tormund Giantsbane (renowned leader of the Free Folk, wielding his trusty sword), and our #1 homie, Free Folk Giant Wun Wun are getting pop!s as well. What’s exciting is that the Wun Wun figurine is supersized, standing at 6”, and covered in arrows… exactly the way he went out like a champ in “Battle of the Bastards”.
In addition, a Jon Snow and Bran Stark 2-pack exclusive will be available only at Books-A-Million.
