At this year’s Lionsgate CinemaCon presentation, we got new details about their upcoming 2018 films, including Blindspotting, starring Daveed Diggs!
The National Association of Theatre Owners is hosting their annual convention, CinemaCon, at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas! CinemaCon typically features presentations as movie studios debut exclusive details about their slate of upcoming films.
This year presentation took place Thursday, April 26 and featured five of their highly-anticipated films: Uncle Drew, Blindspotting, The Spy Who Dumped Me, A Simple Favor, and Robin Hood. Celebrities were on hand to get the crowd excited about their respective projects, including Tiffany Haddish, Daveed Diggs, Mila Kunis, Kate McKinnon, Anna Kendrick, and Blake Lively.

UNCLE DREW
Release: June 29, 2018
Cast: Kyrie Irving, Lil Rel Howery, Shaquille O’Neal, Reggie Miller, Nate Robinson, Chris Webber, Erica Ash, Lisa Leslie, and Nick Kroll
Synopsis: After draining his life savings to enter a team in the Rucker Classic street ball tournament in Harlem, Dax (Lil Rel Howery) is dealt a series of unfortunate setbacks, including losing his team to his longtime rival (Nick Kroll).
