Following the screening, Outlander’s cast and creators will participate in a panel discussion which will be livestreamed on the official Outlander Facebook page.
Fans visiting Savannah can also experience an exhibit showcasing nearly 20 Outlander costumes from Season Four at the SCAD Museum of Art, which marks the first-ever costume exhibit at the Museum and Film Festival!

Prior to SAVFF, Outlander will commemorate the time-travels of Claire and Jamie Fraser to Colonial America, with two other East Coast events:
First, Outlander will have a panel discussion at the Paley Center for Media New York on Friday, October 5 at 7:00pm. The panel will be moderated by Julie Kosin (Harper’s Bazaar Digital), and panelists include: Ronald D. Moore (executive producer), Maril Davis (executive producer), Caitriona Balfe (Claire Randall Fraser), Sam Heughan (Jamie Fraser), Sophie Skelton (Brianna Randall) and Richard Rankin (Roger Wakefield). Unfortunately, this event is sold out, but will be livestreamed on the official STARZ Outlander Facebook page.
And then, on Friday, October 6 at 5:30pm, Outlander will make its New York Comic Con debut at Madison Square Garden’s Hulu Theater. This panel will be moderated by Lola Ogunnaike from Entertainment Weekly the Show and PEOPLE Now. Panelists include Ronald D. Moore, Maril Davis, Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, Sophie Skelton, and Richard Rankin. The cast will also participate in an autograph signing session, taking place in the Starz Booth at Inner Roadway #1 on Saturday, October 6 starting at 2:30pm.
(Note: Cast and producers scheduled to attend above events are subject to change.)

Hopefully, we’ll all be lucky enough to attend one or more of these premiere events. And if not, thank goodness for live streaming!

Season Four of “Outlander” continues the story of time-traveling 20th century doctor Claire Fraser and her 18th century Highlander husband Jamie Fraser, as they try to make a home for themselves in colonial America. As Claire and Jamie build their lives together in the rough and dangerous back country of North Carolina, they must negotiate a tenuous loyalty to the current British ruling class, despite Claire’s knowledge of the American Revolution to come. Along the way, the Frasers cross paths with notorious pirate and smuggler Stephen Bonnet in a fateful meeting that will come back to haunt the Fraser family. Meanwhile in the 20th century, things are complicated between Brianna Randall, Claire and Jamie’s daughter, and Roger Wakefield, the historian who helped Claire search for Jamie in the past. But when Roger and Brianna search for proof that Brianna’s parents reunited in the 18th century, a shocking discovery makes both of them consider following in Claire’s footsteps.
The fourth season of “Outlander” will include 13 episodes based upon “Drums of Autumn”, the fourth of the eight books in Diana Gabaldon’s international best-selling series. Additionally, the series has been renewed for two more seasons, taking it through season six.
