Bree has a rude introduction to 18th Century Scotland. But it seems that Roger will soon be on his way, too… Get a sneak peek of this week’s Outlander, “Down the Rabbit Hole”!
Sassenachs, for me, last week’s Outlander was unexpected. “Blood of My Blood” continued with the reunions, as Lord John Grey arrived in Fraser’s Ridge and brought young William along to see Jamie. Interestingly, this visit provided opportunities for Jamie and William to have some adventures together. It shouldn’t surprise us that it brought about several confrontations between Claire and Lord John, as well. I didn’t expect to take the various emotional journeys with these characters, but the storytelling was so well done. And ultimately, we ended with reconciliation.
Definitely check out our written recap and video review where we shared our thoughts on all of this and more!
In Sunday’s new episode “Down the Rabbit Hole” (written by Shannon Goss, directed by Jennifer Getzinger), we catch up with Bree and Roger:
Brianna follows in her mother’s footsteps and travels through the stones back in time to 18th century Scotland where she struggles to make her way to the Colonies to find her parents, Jamie and Claire. Meanwhile, Roger follows Brianna into the past and embarks on a harrowing sea journey. (via STARZ)
Wowsa, we’re going down the rabbit hole, indeed! Watch this clip from the upcoming episode where we see Bree arrive in 1760s Inverness and have a rude introduction to the land:
OUCH! Hopefully Bree is about to get some help and have a smoother transition… of course, the preview for the episode shows us that she will cross paths with Stephen Bonnet, and NO good can come from it. I really hate that guy *SIGH*
Take a look at these four images, where we get a glimpse of Bree and Roger, both at Craigh na Dun. *EEP*
